Thank you for choosing Occasionally Sweet to be a part of your beautiful journey. We're truly honored and thrilled to celebrate this new chapter of life with you! Before we move forward, please read carefully below our terms and condition:

  1. Design Approval: All custom designs will be shared with the client for approval before production. Any modifications after initial approval may incur additional charges. All engagement projects include a one-time complimentary sizing modification within 180 days of purchase. Please note that the cost of shipping for this service will be covered by the customer.

  2. Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to commence the project. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery. A 3.3% credit card processing fee will be added for credit card payments.

  3. Timeline: The estimated completion time will be provided during the consultation phase. While we strive to meet this timeline, occasional delays may occur. Clients will be notified promptly of any significant changes.

  4. Materials: We use recycled metals and responsibly sourced gemstones for all custom pieces. Specific material requests will be discussed during the design phase.

  5. Returns and Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of custom jewelry, all sales are final. Adjustments or repairs will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

  6. Ownership and Rights: Occasionally Sweet Jewelry retains the rights to the design and may use images of the custom piece for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
